What are iDMSS and gDMSS
iDMSS and gDMSS are mobile phone surveillance applications from Dahua, which are available on iPhone and Android phones respectively, supporting Dahua CCTV Camera, XVR, NVR, HDCVI CCTV Camera, IP Cameras, etc. both iDMSS and gDMSS have two versions each: lite and plus; all the Apps are free and can be downloaded from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How to Use Dahua iDMSS on iPhone and Dahua gDMSS on Android Phones
1. For iPhones, go to the “App Store”, download the app: iDMSS Plus. Here is the link: iDMSS Plus on App Store ; For Android Phones, please go to the “Google Play market”, download the app: gDMSS Plus. Here is the link: gDMSS Plus on Google Play Store
2. After downloading the app, click to open it. You will see the step that is asking you to choose the “Country or Area”. Please choose the country of your current residence. The purpose is to facilitate the P2P connection of Dahua’s Easy4IP. The country or area you choose can be changed later, so don’t worry if you will move to other countries in the future.
3. Click the Top Left Corner as shown below to enable the menu choices.
4. The first thing you need to do now is to add the Dahua IP Camera, XVR, NVR, etc to the iDMSS or gDMSS. So please press “Scan” icon. Keyscape crack 32 bit.
5. Scan the barcode on the Dahua IP Camera, XVR or NVR (on the device itself, on the packaging box, or on the web interface). You can also enter manually serial number if scanning fail.
6. Press “Next” at the next step (it means your Dahua device is online now)
7. Select the device to add it to the app
8. After that, please enter the device name, username and password. Press the Save icon on the top right to watch the live video footage.
9. Another way to watch the Live View is to Press the Live, followed by the icon on the top right, as shown below:
10. Now you can choose the IP camera / NVR / XVR you want to watch, or you can also select all to watch all the CCTV cameras at the same time, then Press “Start Live view”
11. Referring the image below, pressing the icon circled will enable the switch between mainstream and substream – a way to switch between fluent transmission and clear image.
12. Referring to the image below. Press the icons circled will allow you to do the playback, take picture, enable microphone (sound), keep the video clips, or close the live view.
13. To replay the recorded video footage, Press the Video, followed by the icon on the top right, as shown below:
14. Upon pressing Playback, select the start and end time for the recorded video, also remember to select the Dahua device of which you want to replay the video.

Description
View your recorder and cameras on the go. With Dahua's mobile application IDMSS(IOS)/GDMSS(Android) allows you to add Dahua recorders and cameras to the mobile app using P2P.
Prerequisites
- Smartphone (IOS device or Android)
- IDMSS/GDMSS already downloaded in your mobile device.
- P2P must be turned on from the recorder and connected to a network with internet access.

1. Open iDMSS/gDMSS on the phone, and select the home icon located on the top left corner.
2. Select the 'Device' button/icon on the bottom to add the recorder/camera.
3. Select the '+' sign then select 'Scan' to add the device.
4. Select the 'Wired Camera'.
5. Input the device for easy identification. It's required to input the password for the added device then select the save icon located on the top right corner.

- Name: (nickname)
- SN (serial number, you can either scan the QRcode or type the SN manually)
- Port (will auto populate after entering the SN)
- Username (Username of the recorder's account)
- Password (Password for that Username)
- Live Preview (Extra=Substream, MAIN= Mainstream)
- Playback (Extra=Substream, MAIN= Mainstream)

1. From the home screen of the mobile application select 'Camera'.
2. Select the menu button.
3. Select Device Manager.
4. Select add button to add device.
5. Select Wired Device.
6. Select P2P.
7. Name your device -> tap the QR code to bring up QR code scanner.
- With your mobile device in hand, go to your local recorder, navigate to the P2P/Easy4IP settings and scan QR code to the right hand side. You will also see the SN (Serial Number) of the recorder underneath the QR code, you may use that to manually type in the SN into the SN field of the IDMSS/GDMSS mobile app. Note: you must have P2P/Easy4IP 'enabled' from the local recorder with a status that either shows 'online' or 'connect success'.
8. Input the username -> password -> and select live preview. By selecting 'Start live preview' device will be automatically saved into the application.

1. Click, 'Camera'
2. Select the Menu Icon

6. Choose a name for the device → Scan in QR code for SN number which you can access from the physical recorder under the main menu → Setting → Network → P2P. You may input SN number manually which can also be found under the recorder. → Enter Username and Password. For best results , leave Live Preview and Playback on the Extra Stream.
7. Select the Disk Icon to save → Select Live Preview, At which time the app will connect to all cameras.
